Iso Drink 4Energy wurde für Ausdauersportler entwickelt, die während intensiver Belastungen eine effiziente Energiequelle benötigen, um ihre Glykogenspeicher zu erhalten, und Mineralstoffe, um hydriert zu bleiben.

Das Getränk basiert auf drei Arten von Kohlenhydraten im Verhältnis 2:1:1 – Maltodextrin, Fruktose und Dextrose – sowie auf dem 4Energy-Elektrolyt-Mix, der wichtige Mineralstoffe in hoch bioverfügbarer Tri-Citrat-Form liefert, um das Elektrolytgleichgewicht im Körper aufrechtzuerhalten.

DREI ARTEN VON KOHLENHYDRATEN

Iso Drink 4Energy enthält drei Arten von Kohlenhydraten: Maltodextrin (Glukose), Fruktose und Dextrose.

Der Körper kann pro Stunde etwa 60 g Glukose und 30 g Fruktose aufnehmen. Da Glukose und Fruktose unterschiedliche Transportwege im Körper nutzen, kannst du auf diese Weise bis zu 90 g Kohlenhydrate pro Stunde aufnehmen.

4ENERGY-ELEKTROLYT-MIX

Iso Drink enthält den 4Energy-Elektrolyt-Mix – Natrium, Kalium, Magnesium und Kalzium.

Natrium ist das Mineral, das beim Schwitzen am meisten verloren geht. Es ist entscheidend, um das Gleichgewicht von Wasser und Mineralstoffen zu erhalten. Ohne Natrium kann der Körper keine Nervenimpulse weiterleiten und keine Muskeln kontrahieren oder entspannen.

Kalium unterstützt die Funktion von Nerven und Muskeln und hilft, Nährstoffe in die Zellen zu transportieren.

So I just recommend that if you buy one, make sure to check that front pockets magnets Closure to make sure it works. I truly hate that I can't use that pocket for my key fob and my phone as it would be so much better if I could. Other than that, I do recommend it, its the perfect bag and size for me and it's not heavy, and well made.. The leather is very nice too. The Only reason, I gave it 4 stars, is the front magnet doesn't work which is disappointing. Good luck with the magnet if you get one.
